The Scottish Chambers of Commerce has published a policy document "Down to Business" contains a summary of some of the key issues which need to be on the politicians’ agenda in the run up to the General Election and beyond.  It is the first in a series of policy documents which will be produced by SCC to coincide with future elections at a Scottish and local level in 2011 and 2012.
