EXECUTIVE STRETCH

Would you like to give one of your up-and-coming junior or middle managers some personal development, and at the same time find out more about the Volunteer Reserve Forces?  If so, send one on Exercise Executive Stretch.

The Exercise will be run by members of the Volunteer Reserve Forces at Barry Buddon Training Area between Monifieth and Carnoustie from Friday 1 to Sunday 3 June 2007.  It will develop participants� self-confidence, communication skills, and their understanding of the importance of leadership and teamwork.  They�ll also see the very best of Scotland�s reservists, most of whom are themselves employed in Scotland.  They use their time in the Reserves to gain additional skills and qualities that make them invaluable assets to their employers.
