Glasgow Airport is open for business as normal - terminals & car parks are open, with some restrictions still in place.
Flights are operating normally, with only very minor cancellations/delays reported. The airport forecourt remains closed, with no vehicular access to the front of the terminal. However, BAA Glasgow has regained control of the outer forecourt & plans are being developed to re-open the outer lane to public transport vehicles as quickly as possible, subject to approval from the Dept.of Transport. Alternative arrangements for private motorists are under consideration, with details being announced in due course.
Until this time - to avoid congestion, private motorists should use Car Park 1 for pick-up & drop-off. All other car parks are open as normal & passengers are able to drive to the airport without restriction.
Buses/coaches & private hire taxis should use St Andrew's Dr. for pick up/drop off, with Licensed taxis using Caledonian Rd.
For passengers with disabilities, PAL & THS agencies are based at the airport & are contracted by airlines - if required, contact your airline direct for assistance prior to arrival at the airport. A team from Unity Enterprise can also assist during certain hours - contact 0141 842 7568 for info. BAA staff positioned around the terminal will also assist.
