Maurice Logie, Director of Moreland Insurance has been appointed to serve as President of the Lanarkshire Chamber of Commerce.

In accepting the appointment at the Chamber's AGM on 22 September Maurice said:-

"It is an honour for me to take over the Presidency of the Lanarkshire Chamber of Commerce.

My aim over the next two years is to continue to get the message across to the business community in Lanarkshire that a thriving Chamber of Commerce is good for us all.

The Lanarkshire Chamber of Commerce is both a voice for all shapes and sizes of companies and also gives added value to members in terms of business related services purchased using our national buying power.  

I want to continue to see the  profile of the Chamber raised and as a result of this welcome new members who can help us to show that Lanarkshire is very much open for business.  "
